• Terms and Conditions for Equities

• CREST Personal Member Admission Document
• Crest Transfer Form (required if you wish to transfer shares from an existing CREST account into your new Sharewatch account)
• Bank Schedule Form A (to create a CAP account- this is a technical requirement by Crest, but no money is passing between you and the Royal Bank of Scotland – this simply allows us to pay and receive cash on your behalf) – for completion and return.
• DSL agreement Form B (an agreement between Direct Sharedeal and you) – for completion and return.

• Sharewatch recommends opening a CREST account. However if you would prefer to open a nominee account please print the following:
• DSL Nominee Terms (only required if not opting for Crest Membership)
