To open a Sharewatch Trading account you will need to complete the necessary forms and contract with Direct Sharedeal Ltd.

Your account is protected by the FSA Investors Compensation Scheme which is operated by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Your investments are protected in accordance with the limits applicable to the "protected investment business". The current limits are as follows:
100% X first UK£30,000
90% X next UK£20,000
Maximum payment: Uk£48,000

Sharewatch Trading client Funds are held in a segregated account with Ulster Bank (part of the Royal Bank Group). Details of bank accounts and addresses are provided below. US & Irish nominee (if selected) stocks are held by both Merrill Lynch and KAS Bank.
